Spokerite – Cyclo Pro's Online Bicycle Shop

Spokerite is the online store of Cyclo Pro, a family-run bike shop in Walmer Downs, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), since 1982. We're an official stockist of every brand we sell, including Giant, Liv, Trek, Outer, Bontrager, Shimano and SRAM.

Yes, we deliver anywhere in South Africa (we don't ship outside South Africa). Delivery is free on standard-sized orders over R1,500. Medium parcels (such as wheelsets) and large parcels (such as bikes) are charged by size, and your shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Regional and outlying areas may cost more and take longer.

In-stock items are dispatched the same working day once your payment reflects. Small parcels that fit in a courier flyer bag arrive overnight; larger items take 2–3 working days. Bicycles need to be boxed before dispatch, so allow a little extra time. Items marked "In stock – remote warehouse" take up to 5 working days to process, then ship the same way. We'll email you tracking details when your order ships.

Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect from Cyclo Pro, Shop 8, Walmer Downs Family Centre, William Moffett Expressway, Gqeberha. We're open Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 and Sat 08:00–13:00.

The item is in stock at one of our remote warehouses rather than in the shop. It takes up to 5 working days to process before dispatch; after that, small parcels arrive overnight and larger items take 2–3 working days.

Online payments are processed securely through Payfast. For bikes from R15,000 you can apply for finance with Yonda over up to 48 months, backed by WesBank.

Yes. You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason, for a full refund or an exchange. It must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging, with your proof of purchase, and you cover the courier cost of returning it to our Gqeberha shop. For hygiene reasons, worn apparel such as cycling shorts can't be returned. See our terms and conditions for full details.

Let us know in writing within two working days of delivery and keep all the packaging. We'll inspect the item and repair, replace or refund it.

New products carry the manufacturer's or South African importer's warranty, and we'll liaise with the supplier on your behalf if something is faulty. Keep your proof of purchase. Every pre-owned bike we sell is checked in our workshop and comes with a 6-month Cyclo Pro warranty.

Yes. Our workshop services every brand and is an authorised service agent for Bosch, Giant Yamaha (SyncDrive) and TQ e-bike systems. Our bike fitting studio uses gebioMized pressure mapping to set your bike up to suit you.
