The Shimano XT M8250 Di2 upgrade kit adds wireless Di2 electronic shifting to a Shimano 12-speed mountain bike drivetrain.
RRP: R14,750 (incl. VAT)
Why choose the Shimano XT M8250 Di2 upgrade kit?
Every shift is fast and exact, because a motor moves the derailleur instead of a cable. In addition, there is no cable to stretch or clog, so the shifting stays sharp ride after ride.
The XT Shadow ES derailleur has a stronger clutch spring, so the chain stays quiet on rough trails. If you hit something, it also absorbs the impact and returns to position. Furthermore, the clamp-mount shifter has short-stroke paddles and a third button you can program in Shimano’s E-TUBE app.
Shimano XT M8250 Di2 upgrade kit contents
- RD-M8250 XT Di2 Shadow ES 12-speed rear derailleur, SGS long cage (10-51t)
- SW-M8250 Di2 wireless shifter, clamp (band-on) mount
- BT-DN320 Di2 battery
- EC-DN100 charger
- SM-CN910-12 quick link
Good to know
The kit suits Shimano 12-speed Hyperglide+ cassettes up to 51t. However, the cassette, chain and crankset are not included. If you are not sure it fits your bike, ask us first.
