Description

The Tacx Antares rollers are freestanding rollers that help you ride smoother and with better balance. In short, there is nothing holding the bike, so you have to steer and pedal cleanly. As a result, they are a great tool for improving your pedal stroke, coordination and bike handling.

Why choose the Tacx Antares rollers?

First, the rollers are conical, which means they gently guide your wheels back to the centre. This makes the Tacx Antares rollers easier to learn on than flat rollers. Next, the frame folds down to about 80 cm, so it is easy to store and take to a race warm-up. They also work for road bikes and mountain bikes.

  • Freestanding rollers for balance and technique training
  • Conical rollers help keep the bike in the middle
  • Folds to about 80 cm for easy transport
  • Fits road and MTB wheels from 26″ to 29″
  • Ideal for race warm-ups and recovery rides

Getting started on rollers

Rollers take a little practice. For example, start next to a wall or in a doorway so you have something to hold. Then look ahead rather than at the front wheel, and keep a steady cadence. After a few sessions, most riders find it feels natural.
