This Cube Nuroad C:62 SLX is an ex-demo carbon gravel bike in size XL. We have rebuilt it with a reliable Shimano GRX 2×12 groupset and Bontrager Paradigm alloy wheels. As a result, you get a light, premium carbon gravel frame at a much lower price.

What’s on this Nuroad build

• Groupset: Shimano GRX 820 mechanical 2×12, paired with a 48/32T FSA AGX crankset and an 11-36T cassette. This gives you a wide gear range for steep climbs and fast gravel roads.
• Brakes: Shimano GRX hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors front and rear, so you get strong, controlled stopping in all conditions.
• Wheels: Bontrager Paradigm 25 alloy wheelset, set up tubeless, which keeps the bike tough and easy to maintain.
• Tyres: Maxxis Rambler 700x45C with EXO protection, a fast-rolling gravel tyre that still grips well on loose surfaces.

Why the Cube Nuroad C:62 SLX frame stands out

The C:62 carbon frame weighs only about 1,150 g in a mid-size. Even so, it clears tyres up to 50 mm, or 45 mm with mudguards. In addition, it has an integrated seat clamp, neat semi-internal cable routing and a UDH dropout for future upgrades. The carbon fork also has mounts for bags and racks. As a result, the bike handles fast gravel races just as well as loaded weekend trips.
